1. Getting started
How do I join Rapidit as an expert?
Download the Rapidit Expert app or fill the form on our main page. Our team will call you, explain the process and help you complete your profile.
What documents do I need?
You usually need a government ID (like Aadhaar), one photo, and basic address details. For some services, extra documents may be required.
Do I have to pay any joining fee?
No. Joining Rapidit as an expert is free. We do not charge any registration or onboarding fee.
2. Jobs & bookings
How will I get jobs?
Once your profile is verified, you start receiving job opportunities based on your location, service type and timings. Jobs may come via app notifications or calls from our team.
Can I choose my working area and time?
Yes. You can tell us your preferred areas and time slots. We try to give you work as close to your home and preferred timing as possible.
What if I cannot go for a job?
If you are not able to attend a job, inform Rapidit support as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations can reduce job opportunities.
3. Payments & payouts
How will I get paid?
Payments are sent directly to your bank account or preferred payout method linked in your profile. Details may vary by city and service.
When will I receive my money?
Payouts are usually made on a regular cycle (for example weekly or monthly), and in some cases more frequently for completed jobs. Exact details are shared with you during onboarding.
What should I do if a payout is delayed?
First, check your bank details in the app. If everything is correct and money is still not received, contact Rapidit Expert Support with your name, phone number and job details.
4. Account & app support
How do I change my phone number or address?
Reach out to support and we will guide you through the verification and update steps for important details like phone number or address.
The app is not working properly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, checking your internet connection, and updating to the latest version. If the problem continues, contact support and describe the issue clearly.
5. Support & complaints
For any safety issue, customer misbehaviour, or payout problem, please contact us from the Contact Us page. Our team will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
6. App permissions (location, notifications, etc.)
Why does the app ask for “Always allow” location?
Rapidit uses your location to show you nearby jobs, estimate travel distance and improve matching quality. Allowing location access “Always” helps us:
- Send you jobs available close to your current area.
- Avoid sending jobs that are too far from you.
- Improve safety and support if there is any issue during a job.
You can change location permissions anytime from your phone settings. However, if location is turned off, you may receive fewer or less accurate job opportunities.
What other permissions can the app ask for?
Depending on your city and app version, Rapidit Expert app may also request:
- Notifications: to alert you about new jobs, payout updates and important messages.
- Storage / media: to upload documents or photos required for your profile or verification.
- Camera: to capture your photo or documents directly from the app (if enabled).
You can manage these permissions from your phone settings. Some features may not work properly if certain permissions are disabled.
