Safety Guidelines for Rapidit Experts

These guidelines are for all Rapidit Experts who visit customer homes. They are created to protect both you and the customer, and to maintain trust in the Rapidit platform.

1. Before you go for a job

  • Check the address, timing and type of work in advance.
  • Carry your phone with enough battery and balance/data.
  • Keep basic tools or items required for your service, if applicable.
  • Wear clean clothes (and Rapidit uniform if provided).

2. At the customer’s home

  • Be polite, calm and respectful at all times.
  • Do not enter closed rooms or cupboards without permission.
  • Do not touch valuables, cash, jewellery or electronics that are not part of your work.
  • Ask the customer before using washroom, water, or other facilities.
  • Keep your phone and personal items safely with you.

3. Personal safety

  • If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, leave the place calmly and call Rapidit support.
  • Do not get into arguments or fights with customers or other people.
  • Never go to any unknown location that is not part of the job details.
  • Inform someone you trust about your daily schedule and main locations.

4. Hygiene & professionalism

  • Maintain personal cleanliness and basic hygiene.
  • Use gloves, mask or other protective gear if required for the work.
  • Follow the cleaning or service process taught during training.
  • Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during work.

5. Reporting issues

If you face:

  • Harassment or misbehaviour
  • Non-payment or payment disputes
  • Unsafe environment or threats
